• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a hunting date and the balance is due 30 days prior to the hunt.
• The hunt can not be postponed to the following year
• No refunds of deposits if the hunt is cancelled
• The hunting fee is completely earned whether a deer is harvested or not. A wounded deer is considered a dead deer.
